Silvia Wanigatunga brings global experience in quality and compliance across logistics, aviation, and food manufacturing. Originally from Germany, she holds two master’s degrees from the University of Regensburg and began her career in Austria, working with one of Europe’s largest logistics providers before moving into the aviation industry.

After relocating to Australia in 2010, Silvia joined Boeing Aerostructures Australia, where she spent a decade leading quality across the manufacture of flight control surfaces and supporting the transition of operations from Sydney to Melbourne.

She later moved into the dairy industry, leading quality at Moondarra Cheese before joining Pure Dairy to help establish and embed quality systems at its new greenfield manufacturing site. Silvia is passionate about embedding quality into everyday culture and building high-performing teams.

Outside work, she enjoys the outdoors, fast convertibles, and spending time with her husband, young daughter, and family dog.
