Jessica is an experienced Supply Chain professional that joined Pure Dairy’s Melbourne office as a Supply Chain Coordinator in 2018.

With over 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain operations and customer service, Jessica’s career has seen her move from interior furnishings into the FMCG market. She relishes the fast-paced environment that the dairy industry presents, and is passionate about learning new things to broaden her knowledge base.

Jessica possesses a unique range of skills in Operations Management, Freight, Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Control and Forecasting, and uses them to consistently meet and exceed customers’ needs. She is a firm believer that an organisation’s Supply Chain defines the effectiveness of its customer service.

Jessica has also assisted Pure Dairy in gaining GFSI (The Global Food Safety Initiative) accreditation through the BRCGS. BRCGS is an international Food Safety Management Systems standard and is one of the GFSI recognized certification schemes. Food safety is important at every stage of the food supply chain. It protects customers, meets legal obligations, and safeguards our brand. Jessica is very passionate and proud to implement this through Pure Dairy.

In her spare time Jessica trains in aerial acrobatics on silks, performing dazzling manoeuvres and striking poses several metres in the air. When she’s not performing stunts, Jessica enjoys exploring the outdoors and travelling.
