Amanda is passionate about food, having cooked and baked since she was 8. With a Maltese background, cooking and food has become a vital part of Amanda upbringing with occasions big and small celebrated over a shared meal.
Amanda has worked in the Food and Beverage industry all her working life. Started off in the industry by cheffing, then working at high end Sydney restaurants and five-star hotels. Eventually finding her passion in sales.
Being an account manager in food sales for over 15 years, Amanda brings to Pure Dairy her passion for food, industry knowledge, account & project management skills and customer relationships especially in the QSR and MSO space in Australia.
In her spare time, she likes to exercise, hike, listen to music, cook, bake and most of all eating delicious food!
