Simon Cowl joined Pure Dairy in 2023 as the GM People and Culture.
Over the last 20 years, Simon has held senior People and ssCulture roles in the Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Beverages sectors based in Australia and Singapore.
Simon started his career as a chartered accountant and worked as a management consultant enabling him to bring a strong balance of great P&C initiatives that drive commercial outcomes.
Simon truly believes people are an organizations biggest strength especially when they are working as an engaged and motivated team.
Outside of work, it is all about family, friends wine, food and then exercise!
